Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Linzi box and secure them inside a mailing bag to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
